This week, we shift our lens to Standard 5 (Adaptive Teaching) and Standard 6 (Assessment). At this stage of Phase 4, it is no longer just about what you teach, but how you know they’ve actually learnt it.

The Why: Students often confuse "familiarity" with "mastery." By balancing new content with the strategic revisiting of prior learning, we ensure knowledge sticks. Effective marking then pivots to identifying deep-seated misunderstandings rather than just correcting "typos."
